We provide a generative video model platform that harmonizes real and virtual content (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services. Because we operate globally from the United Kingdom, this policy outlines your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), as well as specific rights for users in the United States and Canada.

This policy covers users of PXLD Studio. If you took part in one of our data collection sessions, our Participant Privacy Notice applies to you instead. The commitment below regarding AI training relates to content uploaded by Studio users and does not apply to footage collected in data collection sessions.
